Citrus perfumes, a symphony of a thousand notes

The large category of citrus perfumes, also known as hesperidium to recall the mythological garden guarded by the Hesperides nymphs, is made up of a universe of very different scents, all united by the sensation of freshness and vitality that they manage to instil. For example, among the notes belonging to this varied olfactory family, the nuances of orange stand out due to their softness and hint of sweetness, with lemon for its distinctive exuberance, and tangerine, which is usually associated with festivities and Christmas, for a more discreet effervescence; and again grapefruit, with its slightly bitter and at times woody touches, or bergamot with its vibrant energy.
